1.Photo Journalism

Photo journalists are critisized by many people. This is mainly because they take a photo of someone who is getting shot in war, or a kid in distress, etc. rather than helping the one that is in danger. This may seem wrong, but on the other hand these photos that are taken can serve a greater cause. These pictures gets shown in every sector of media and most of the people sees these photos. It reminds for most of the people to get in action. When they see a photo of a kid starving to death, most of them decide to send help. If society sees a picture of a man getting shot, they try to do something about it. If photo journalist saves the man instead of taking a photo of him, no one would know what really is going on in that war zone. That man would be saved but many would die. On the other hand if the journalist takes the photo, man would die but many could be saved. One sacrifice is acceptable in order to save many.

2.Reality TV

Reality TV shows are viewed by many people. On these shows the attenders do anything in order to be famous. For example big brother. All they do is fight, humiliate, do something stupid, etc. People who watch these shows get affected because for most people nowadays the only thing that is important is to be rich and famous. These shows change the characteristics of a person who watches, even a kid. They just want to be like them. And this pushes the society into an unethical environment. Women gets degraded, children starts to commit crimes such as driving drunk, people starts to humiliate other people in order to be what they think is "cool". So basically reality tv shows affect people in the society in a bad way rather than a good way. It is meaningless and no use for any person.
